If you are a member of our long-term sponsor, the Petersham RSL Club Ltd, don’t forget to get your vote in for the Board of Directors elections.
Voting is still open to 7.00pm tonight (Friday), and from 1.00pm to 6.00pm on Saturday, 19th September.
I’m reliably informed that the popular Warren Burr is a candidate for the remaining Director’s vacancy.
Dr Robert Redfield, the well-respected director of the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, has testified that mask wearing may be a more effective protection against coronavirus than the potential vaccine that is still on the far horizon.
Why not take the good Doctor’s advice and purchase a Newtown Jets face-mask to maximise your protection in these dangerous times – and also help to Keep The Jets Flying.
STAY SAFE – WEAR A NEWTOWN JETS BRANDED FACE MASK!
As with all health decisions, please consult with your trusted medical professional to determine compatibility with your personal situation if you are seeking a face-mask to wear in relation to medical issues.
We make no medical claims with regard to the usage of these masks.
These are comfortable, washable and reusable face-masks with 3 layers of 150 GSM protective cotton and spandex material comprising 95% cotton and 5% spandex; two black elastic straps secure it in place around the ears.

Newtown Jets respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the Land and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on and that the land area encompassing Henson Park traditionally belonged to the Gadigal people of the Eora nation.
