Newtown Jets has named its team for the Canterbury Cup NSW Round 16 clash versus St George Illawarra Dragons being played at Henson Park, Saturday 6th July, 3pm kick-off. The Tom Kirk Cup is on the line for 2019 with the Jets prevailing in the first leg 36-22.

With their season back on track the mighty Newtown Jets return home to Henson Park on Saturday July 6, when they take on the St George Illawarra Dragons at 3pm. The match will decide the winner of the Tom Kirk Cup for 2019.
There will be plenty of fun for the kids on the DEICORP Family Hill featuring jumping castles & face painting. Joe’s Ice Cream Mr Whippy & Barista will be in attendance as along with SCU – More Generous Banking’s SYD THE PIG.

The Newtown Jets RLFC held its Annual Presentation Dinner on the evening of Friday, 29th September 2023 at the Petersham RSL Club.
Newtown Jets respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the Land and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on and that the land area encompassing Henson Park traditionally belonged to the Gadigal people of the Eora nation.
