Newtown Jets has named its team for theCanterbury Cup NSW Round 19 clash versus first placed Canterbury Bulldogs beingplayed at Henson Park, Saturday 27th July, 3pm kick-off. It’s a mustwin game for the Jets on the biggest day of the year at Henson Park. CronullaSharks take on the Bulldogs in Jersey Flegg at 12.45pm whilst Glebe Burwood dobattle with Penrith Brothers in the Ron Massey Cup from 10.45am.

The wait is over! It’s the biggest day ofthe year at Henson Park this Saturday with the fourth installment of the BEER FOOTY & FOOD FESTIVAL whichbrings the best inner west craft breweries and food operators to our famousHenson Park hill. This year there’s more brewers, more foodies and moreentertainment for the kids than ever before! The stalls open from midday andthe main game is at 3pm. GET THERE EARLY TO AVOID THE QUEUES!

Some things to consider…

  1. There is NO PARKING available inside Henson Park this Saturday. There will be limited parking across the road at Marrickville High School (directly opposite the Sydenham Road entrance). They'll charge a flat day rate of $10 with all funds going to the school. We recommend catching public transport.
  2. Newtown RLFC members get in free upon presentation of their 2019 Membership Card and a valid game day or season pass. Game Day & Season Passes without Newtown Jets membership will not be accepted.
  3. Entry to the ground for patrons is via Sydenham Road & Woodland Street. The Centennial Street entrance is strictly for players, officials & staff only.
