Newtown Jets respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through newtownjets.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you buy a membership, merchandise or tickets: your name, contact details and delivery address. Payments are handled by our website and payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
When you join our mailing list, fill in a survey or contact us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you browse the site: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, the device and browser used, and how they arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
To run your membership and orders, to send you club news and offers you have signed up for, and to improve the website. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each one.
Who else handles it
The services we use to run the site and our communications: Squarespace (website and online store), Klaviyo (email) and Google (analytics). Some of these store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though some features may not.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing smccarthy@newtownjets.com.
