The Jets returned to the winners’ circle with a gutsy win over the previously undefeated Warriors in Auckland last Saturday.

This Sunday, our Men All Dressed in Blue hit the road for their third game outside of Sydney in as many weeks when they travel to Newcastle to take on the Knights.

The Novocastrians will be desperate to avoid consecutive losses at home after being well beaten last week by Wests Magpies and are strengthened by the inclusion of Jackson Hastings and Jack Cogger in the halves.

Regardless of Newcastle’s 11th place on the ladder, Newtown faces another tough assignment if they are to remain equal first.

For those who can’t make it, the game is being televised on NSWRL TV on BarTV Sports so find a screen and cheer on the mighty Bluebags.

Go the Jets!
