Newtown Jets coach George Ndaira has named his team for the KOE NSW Cup Round 24 clash versus Parramatta Eels that is being played at Kellyville Park on Saturday 16th August, 3pm kick-off. The high-flying Cronulla Sharks take on the Eels in Jersey Flegg from 1pm.

Last weekend’s performance against Penrith was not what the doctor ordered. Although we did enough to retain the Wilson-Blacklock Cup, the ten point loss means this Saturday’s game against the Eels is almost a must win if we want to make the Top 3 and get a second bite of the cherry. Another loss sees us mathematically vulnerable of missing the Top 5 altogether.
As such, our Men All Dressed in Blue need to bring their best footy to Kellyville Park on Saturday. It always helps when the Bluebags faithful are around them in numbers to support. We hope to see you there.
