Livewire rugby league and television personality Brett Finch confirmed for this year’s Newtown Jets season launch

Join with the 2020 Newtown Jets players, club officials and the club’s partners to welcome in the new season.

Here’s a reminder of the details of the 2020 Newtown Jets Season Launch:

Date: Tuesday, 3rd March 2020

Time: 7.00pm for 7.30pm

Where: Petersham RSL Club, 7 Regent Street, Petersham.

Cost: $135 per ticket or $1,250 for a table of ten

MC: Graeme Hughes

Dress: Lounge suit or smart casual

RSVP: Friday, 28th February 2020

Further special guests will be announced in the upcoming days

Premiere Occasion: There will be a special premiere screening of excerpts from the 2019 season highlights on the night.

One of the prestige awards of the night is the Fred Daly Memorial Shield, which is awarded to the player considered to have rendered the most outstanding service to the Newtown RLFC on and off the field. This year's recipient is the Henson Park crowd favourite and powerhouse middle forward Brad "Big Red" Fearnley, flanked by the club President Barry Cotter (left) and the Australian Mutual Bank sponsorship executive and Development Manager Glen Warner (right).
